Chinese Tea

Black teas from China are generally mild and are usually a good afternoon tea, they are rarely drunk with milk, except perhaps for those from the Yunnan.
Green teas should never be drunk with milk. Some of the most expensive teas in the world come from China and it is said that China produces over 12,500 different teas.
White teas are the purest form of Green tea, with no other means of stopping fermentation other than drying naturally in the sun.
China is famous for producing scented teas, using natural ingredients especially flower petals, such as Jasmine, Rose and Osmanthus.
