Wholefruit Infusions

These Wholefruit Teas or Tisanes are made from fruit instead of leaves or roots.
They are also wonderful as a cold infusion.
You make a pot of tea but with cold water, stand it in the fridge overnight and the next day you have a wonderful, refreshing drink.
They are very good as a base for a punch, non-alcoholic or otherwise.
These infusions can also be used for custards or yogurts. 
They are caffeine free and have no added sugar and so would be suitable for drinkers of almost any age, you could even make them one of your five a day.
