This is made from apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip peels, pineapple pieces, papaya pieces, cane sugar, citric acid, orange peel and passionfruit. We already sell a Passionfruit and Orange Infusion but felt that the addition of pineapple and papaya would make it different enough to add to our growing collection of fruit infusions. I hope this one becomes as popular as our existing one. All you need to do is pour boiling water over a large spoonful and allow to infuse for up to 5 minutes. It has an attractive orange smell to it and would make an ideal base for a warming winter punch with cloves. It would also be very refreshing as an iced summer drink. When used this way prepare the drink by placing in a jug of cold water in the fridge overnight. You could also turn it into Ice Lollies…
