Every now and then when I find I have time on my hand… I like to experiment with blending. This exceedingly healthy Chai tea uses a High Grade Pai Mu Tan as it’s base. Pai Mu Tan tea is famous for its health-giving properties. Too numerous to mention but easily Google-able. I Have tried to follow the Ayurvedic (pronounced eye-yer-vay-dic) teachings helping to promote the art of healthy living enabling you to create harmony in daily life by applying self- knowledge and self-care, as well as enjoying this lovely spicy tea. The word, Ayurveda, is from the ancient Indian language, Sanskrit, and literally means "Knowledge of Life". Inherent in Ayurvedic principles is the concept that you are capable of taking charge of your own life and healing. The list of other ingredients is extensive, and includes, Pai Mu Tan White Tea, Cinnamon pieces, Ginger pieces, Black Peppercorns, whole Cloves, Fennel, Turmeric slices, whole Cardamom, Raspberry leaves, and pink Rose petals I hope you enjoy it and am happy to take feedback.
