This superb black tea has added to it broken cocoa bits, vanilla pieces, white chocolate chips and coconut flakes. The aroma alone makes this tea worth having. The Mayans cultivated the cocoa plant around 600 CE, the Aztecs named a drink made of cocoa and water, Xocalatl. Adding it to this quality black tea has made for a divine drink and indeed the Mayans believed the cocoa to be of divine origin.
Smooth and luxurious hot either with or without milk. Use 100oC boiling water and I would suggest infusing for between two and a half and three minutes. This would make a fantastic Latte out of, see our website blog page for method.
