This is a fine quality Orange Pekoe leaf tea from Ceylon. We have had a few different types of Seasonal teas over the years but are always on the lookout so something new. This is a ‘Classic’ Christmas tea combining pieces of cinnamon, sliced almonds and small pieces of apple and vanilla. As a festivity blend this has probably got everything in it to help get you in that Noel frame of mind. Being a Ceylon based tea it will happily take milk although personally I prefer it without. A slice of orange or seasonal kumquat would make a lovely addition. Obviously home-made mince pies would be the perfect accompaniment to this delightful brew and I think a cup left out for Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, along with the mince pies and carrots for the reindeer would ensure that you get the presents you deserve.
