This is an Ayurveda Tea Blend and was named by us for a customer who requested a Ginger and Lemon caffeine free infusion. The word Ayurveda comes from the Sanskrit words Ayer (life) and Veda (knowledge), a famous doctrine of life and health from the advanced Vedic civilisation of Ancient India.
This incredibly fresh smelling infusion with freshly dried lemongrass and spicy ginger match perfectly the liquorice root. Small quantities of peppermint, lemon peel and black pepper add to this perfectly balanced harmonious drink.
To make this drink steep for five minutes in water that has freshly boiled, alternatively make a cold infusion with cold water left in the fridge to infuse overnight.
