This Chinese black tea is blended with Calendula Marigold flowers and natural Passion Fruit flavouring. The perfect balance of sweetness and tannins works well, feel free to add a slice of fresh orange to complete this lovely beverage. This tea makes a wonderful cold infusion for those hot summer days we are so use to. To make a cold infusion use fresh cold water and leave in the fridge overnight, again a slice of orange works well as a garnish and a complement to the flavours. I wouldn’t be tempted to add milk to this tea. The Passion Fruit is so called because it is one of the many species of Passion Flower, from the English translation of the Latin genus name Passiflora.
