£5.00

This tea is made individually by hand. Great care is taken over the production, the leaves are first freshly plucked and then immediately carefully laid one on top of each other in trays, so that they can be stored fresh and kept cool. After 24 hours of withering, the leaves are rolled by hand and then left to dry. There are no other processes involved.
This tea is only produced in limited quantities and is only occasionally available but it is definitely worth seeking out.
