This fragrant, delicious tasting tea is a new introduction to us and has already proved to be very popular. The fine Chinese leaves are combined with cornflower petals for added beauty.
The flavouring is a subtle blend of spearmint, peach and grapefruit. Usually drunk black it can be taken with a small amount of cold milk.
Brew for about four minutes at 100oC and this should prove to be ideal, however as with all tea drinking it is quite personal so feel free to brew slightly less or slightly more to suit your own tastes. A small slice of lemon might not go amiss.
