This is a very famous Chinese green tea. This tea is produced in a small co-operative in the West Lake region of Hangzhou, in Zhejiang province. It produces a wonderful jade coloured liquor. The exquisite flavour and delicate aroma are perfect for any time of the day.
It is said that those who need to keep awake particularly appreciate Lung Ching, since it is both stimulating and reputed to keep the mind clear. This is a steam-dried leaf in the Japanese way rather than the traditional Chinese pan fired method.
