Elderflower has been traditionally used for centuries, the most common uses are for colds and flu, sinus infections, and other respiratory conditions. Elderflower has antibacterial and antiviral properties and may also help alleviate some allergies and boost the functioning of the immune system. Topically, elderflower might help reduce pain and swelling in joints due to some forms of arthritis and is used to stop bleeding. This is a lovely Earl Grey tea that is both delightful to drink as well as being very healthy. For those dedicated milk lovers, this tea will drink with a small amount, and yet ought to really be tried at least once without. If taken black, consider a slice of orange or lemon.
