Flavouring coffee beans has improved considerably over the past few years; initially it was a popular American practice but appears to have spread over most of the world. We source ours from a specialist supplier in Germany.
Only good quality 100% Arabica coffee beans from strictly high grown areas are used and then after roasting are marinated in, and I quote “nature’s identical sugar free flavourings for a natural, fresh and full flavour”. Well you cannot say fairer than that.
Keep your beans; ground or whole in the fridge, this will keep them better preserved especially if they have been flavoured.
