Ethiopian Mocha Djimmah Fair Trade Coffee Beans Medium Dark Roast Medium Strength

  • This coffee comes from the highlands of Djimmah and is auctioned in the capital Addis Ababa.
  • It is often called Djimmah Mocha to distinguish it from Yemen Mocha (from the port of Mocha) and other Ethiopian coffees that also get called Mocha.
  • Mocha coffees are famous for their rich chocolaty characteristics and this particular coffee more so than most.
  • There is an Espresso recipe called "Mocha" which is made with one-third espresso (not mocha coffee), one-third strong, unsweetened hot chocolate and one-third steamed milk.
  • You will receive 100 grams of these roasted beans for £5.00 this will allow you to make 20 cups of coffee. Five grams per cup, the quantity of coffee used will be quite personal so these are guidelines only. This works out at less than twenty four pence per cup.
  • At Gently Stirred every order is gift wrapped so if you're buying for a number of different people just add that information at checkout.
