The flavour of chocolate has always united fantastically with coffee producing a wonderful balance cup. High quality Arabica beans from Mexico and Central America are blended and then perfectly roasted. This blend suits perfectly the addition of Chocolate. Chocolate has always been associated with coffee and indeed Mocha is a term used to describe the chocolate aroma of coffee originally from the Yemen port of Mocha, now often referring to chocolate coffee blended drink.
Keep it in the fridge or indeed the freezer and it will maintain the fresh taste, you can grind the beans immediately from the freezer as they will not need thawing. I have also started using 90o water rather than boiling water, give it a try.
