Pai Mu Tan, also known as Bai Mu Dan, is without a doubt our best selling tea.
Earl Grey teas are the best selling scented or flavoured teas,therefore, we bring you the obvious combination.
We use only the highest-grade oil of Bergamot and we make up small batches so it is always fresh. Our oil is also organically grown and produced.
For those who don't yet know, Pai Mu Tan is a very specific type of green tea usually referred to as a ‘White Tea’.
White teas are one of the most exclusive teas in the world.
Pai Mu Tan is from the Fujian Province of China and is drunk for its health benefits as well as its taste.
Use water of between 75-80°c, brew for 1-3 minutes and you'll get at least 4 infusions from these top quality large leaves.
You will receive 60 grams of tea for £5.00 this will allow you to make up to 90 cups of tea. Two grams per cup, each cup infused three times. This is five pence per cup!
