  • This famous Chinese Green Tea is from the province of Anhui.

  • This is a very light tea and needs to be treated gently, brew with hot water at a temperature of 75 to 80 degrees centigrade and leave to infuse for 1 to 3 minutes. Re-infuse as often as you can before the flavour disappears.
